About Me

Hello! My name is Isanka Diddeniya.
I am currently seeking job opportunities in the IT industry, specifically in roles that align with my expertise in software engineering, data science, and AI technologies. I have several years of experience as a Software Engineer in Sri Lanka, where I have worked extensively with programming languages like Python, Java, and other modern frameworks. My work has included the development of AI and machine learning systems, alongside a variety of other software solutions.

I am also a researcher in robotics and a freelance consultant in the field. Robotics is an emerging area of technology, and I have been actively involved in research to develop cost-effective, efficient robots designed to automate tasks, such as document sharing in office environments. One of my key projects was the creation of a low-cost autonomous robot base using ROS Kinetic and 3D vision techniques in collaboration with a leading software company in Sri Lanka. Despite the relatively slow growth of robotics in Sri Lanka, I remain dedicated to contributing to its advancement and fostering innovation in this space.
